Technology
EHL is founded on some unique concepts such as:
MaxScr33n technology: Ensures the game always runs in full screen and at maximum size. Changes the Linux screen resolution to match the resolution that you define in the game. Allows the game to run independently of any other X windows applications and desktops
Slim memory profile: No applications are run except those needed for the game to work. This leaves the most memory free for the use of the game, leading to faster and smoother gameplay. No applications are required to support EHL, so almost all of your system can be closed down to maximise available memory.
Complete script automation: No user input is ever required. EHL will attempt to determine or guess all nessecary values. You don't need to be a whiz at WINE or Linux to use EHL.
AutoHack: Autohack will enable hacks required to run Half Life successfully, and revoke all changes after the game has finished. This means that gameplay under Windows will be unaffected by the installation and use of EHL.
